The TSR1031-TST1041 is a one direction horizontal people counter. It works on the principle of interrupting a horizontal infrared beam.
The Transmitter, TST1041, sends a pulsing infrared beam to the receiver TSR1031. When this beam is interrupted, it is detected by the receiver.
This is displayed on the display in the receiver as a count value.
